My terms of delivery and payment

I accept orders principally only personally, written or by EMail. They are obligatory after the confirmation by me which can be done written or by EMail.
Prearranged delivery times are in principle without engagement. I try to get their observance.
For private customers in principle the price agreed on the order is valid, independent of intermediate changes of my price list. For intermediate traders divergent conditions can be valid. Normally on placing an order no deposit is to be made. For custom-made instruments, divergent from that, I reserve to demand a deposit of 10 % of the purchase price when the order is placed. When ordered instruments shall be delivered by shipment the full purchase price including all arising extra costs before shipment of the instrument. When they are delivered directly or collected the full purchase price is to be paid on the receipt of the instrument
Instruments which were delivered by me without previous possibility of choice or testing can in case of not being liked by the buyer be returned within 4 weeks. Then either I will deliver another instrument, if I am able to do so and the buyer requests this, or I will pay back the purchase price which arrived at me. Condition therefore is that the returned instrument is totally in the state of when delivered, in particular no damages come about after the delivery or traces of usage.

I ship instruments from my workshop cost free within Germany. For shipping in other countries I charge the dispatch costs appropriate to the shipping way selected by me. Shipping costs for returns are to the debit of the buyer.
Principally all extra costs resulting from payments, especially costs for international clearing systems, are to the debit of the buyer. For cash payment in foreign currencies or payment by cheque from abroad, I reserve the right to charge an addition for covering my bank fees.
